The previous Final Restoration inspection conducted by inspector Juan Barreto on 6-24-2013 found a tank battery located at (40.76110, -81.49541). I checked the tank battery at those coordinates. The tank battery is for Lake Region Oil wells 151-21063 & 151-21090. The final restoration for this well is passed. |
