1698340970 2013-12-05 Storage Well No Violations I inspected this storage today. The well is equipped with a master gate valve, a side gate valve with a 3 daniels run plumbed into the main line. There is a flow gate valve with a seal plate on the end. There is no tank on location. The well is properly identified with a clear, legible identification sign mounted on the main line. The lease road is in stable condition. No violations found.

There is no tank associated with this well. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign. The lease road is stoned and drivable. No violations found.
