0173476876 2013-04-16 Orphan No Violations The contractor was authorized by Orphan Well Program Manager Eugene Chini to commence with fishing activities on at 9:00 am and fishing started at 10:30 am. At 11:30 am, fishing continued beyond the original eight hours of fishing in the contract. The tubing was speared, brought to the surface, and set in the slips at 12:30 pm for one hour of additional fishing. All remaining tubing was removed from the well.
0574805031 2013-05-06 Plug / Plug Back No Violations At the time of the inspection the well was bailed down to a Total Depth (TD) of 1200. The well was filled from 1200 to 900 with approximately 2 yards left from the load that filled 143-60219.
0627765126 2013-04-16 Orphan No Violations At the time of the inspection, Second Oil Company was completing cleanout work on the well in preparation for plugging. On 4-15-13 an obstruction was encountered at 500 and the decision was made , with the approval of Orphan Well Director Eugene Chini, to commence with fishing work to remove the obstruction. On 4-16-13 fishing started at 10:30 am and was stopped at 12:30 pm when a string of tubing and rods was placed in the slips at the wellhead. Total fishing time was two hours. The first hour was the last of the original eight hours on the Sautter Farms I & O Contract. The second hour was additional and approved by the inspector and Orphan Well Director Eugene Chini. Approximately 300 of rods and 700 of tubing were removed from the well.
0832828431 2013-05-16 Final Restoration No Violations At the time of the inspection the area had been graded back for farm use by the plugging contractor. The site is currently being planted by the landowner. Final Restoration Passed.
1370873971 2013-05-07 Plug / Plug Back No Violations An inspection of plugging operations revealed the cementing of the well with a 9 sack grout mix from top of bottom plug to the surface. The bottomhole plug had been witnessed by Ben Harpster on 5/6/2013. A total of 9 yards was brought to the location to top off this well and to also place a bottomhole plug on Permit No. 60217. Prior to leaving the location, the cement remained at the surface with no observed gas bubbling. The contractor was instructed to fill the annular space between the drive pipe and the 5.63 surface casing that was not removed from the wellbore.
1589868662 2012-03-27 Orphan No Violations Inspection to update GPS and well status for a potential Orphan Well Package. At the time of my inspection the well had 8conductor casing, 6 surface casing with casing head bent at ground level and 2 tubing with a plug inside. No sign of fluids leaking from well.
1658998837 2013-07-16 Final Restoration No Violations An inspection of the Final Restoration revealed compliance with Ohio Revised Code 1509.072. The well site was situated on a location designated as agricultural field. An interview conducted with the landowner, Mr. Tim Sautter, at his residence confirmed that he was satisfied with the restoration of the property to include wells located within field crop.
