0466030752 | 2015-10-08 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with an electric powered pumpjack. The tank battery consists of a 210 barrel production tank, a 100 barrel brine tank, a buried, concrete tank, and a vertical, mechanical separator. Identification signs are posted at the well and tank battery. A dike surrounds the tank battery. There are plugs on the load lines. Locked, chain link fences surround the well and tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
0951801648 | 2017-11-06 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped with 4.5 production casing and 2.375 tubing and rods. The well operates with the aid of an electric powered pumping unit. The wellhead and unit are fenced and diked and the man door is locked. The required ID is posted on the fencing. The well produces to a diked and fenced tank battery to the west and contains one (1) 210 barrel tank (not in use), one (1) 100 barrel tank, a concrete brine vault, and two (2) vertical separators with an associated meter run. The required identification is posted on the tank. No violations. |
1524142901 | 2018-04-19 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well at the request of the Uniontown Field Office to check for any issues with this well or production operations. My inspection found the wellhead fenced and locked, and equipped and operating with the aid of an electric powered pumping unit. The wellhead and unit are diked and there is very minor grease/oil staining on the rock at the base of the wellhead and is not causing pollution or contamination. There is a 2 flow line connected to the 4.5 casing port and the valve is closed. There is a 1.5 flow line connected to the tubing and casing flow lines at the wellhead and the valves are open on all. Both flow lines run at/or just below the ground surface along the north side of the lease road to the tank battery to the west. I found nothing leaking along the flow line path to the battery. The tank battery is fenced, diked and locked and contains one (1) 210 barrel tank (not in service), one (1) 100 barrel tank, a concrete brine vault, and two (2) vertical separators with an associated meter run and drip bottle. The 210 barrel tank is empty and the bottom of the tank near the heater tube and clean-out box appears rotted and there is a minor amount of coagulated oil and sludge (less than 2 quarts) at the base of the tank near the valve that has stained the rock one (1) foot away from the tank. The staining and leak are old and immobile, and nothing is actively leaking. The two (2) inch dump line from the first separator had a minor leak at the connection to the ball valve and the valve is coated in an emulsion. The separator was actively dumping fluid during my inspection and I did not witness an active leak at the connection. The brine vault is near capacity and there is some staining from old leakage between the vault and the vault lid. I found no issues with the 100 barrel tank. A three (3) inch tree has fallen across the northwest corner of the fencing and has only damaged the barbed wire. The chart in the meter run was changed on 4 |
