1273952614 | 2012-11-16 | Final Restoration | No Violations | I inspected this well to check the final restoration status of this plugged and abandoned well. This well was plugged in June of 2005 and witnessed by Bob Worstall. A check of RBDMS found no inspection reports associated with this well. I walked to the GPS location of the wellhead and found no evidence of a pre-existing oil and gas well. The location was in a field and I found no indications of a lease road and all surface equipment was removed. Final restoration is approved. |
1540212880 | 2018-10-19 | Non Well | No Violations | I inspected this location with Inspector John Fleming at the request of Mr. Robert Bossow and Ryan Homes on 10/18/18. While excavating a footer for a new home in the Wintergreen Point subdivision, the top of a concrete vault was encountered and we were called to advise on the removal of the vault. I inspected the location today with Mr. Bossow and the vault has been removed and disposed of by Northeast Trucking. I inspected the excavated area and found no signs of pollution or contamination that could have been related the buried vault. The base and sides of the excavation are clean and the sidewalls are good, undisturbed clay. There were no environmental impacts caused by the excavated vault and the issue is resolved. |
