Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1618976092 2018-12-12 Production Wells No Violations Follow-up to Complaint #s 4167 & 4494 concerning royalties, free gas, and non-production. I had spoken with owner, John Denzinger, in 2015 to get this location cleaned up, post the required identification, and place the well back into production. My inspection today found the wellhead equipped with tubing and rods, and operating with an electric powered pumping unit. The valve on the tubing flow line is open and the valve on the 4.5 production casing flow line is closed. This well produces to a diked tank battery on location and contains two (2) 100bbl tanks. There is a horizontal separator south of the tank battery within its own containment area. The required ID has been posted on the tank. A check of production records indicates that the well has produced for the last two (2) reporting periods. According to Mr. Denzinger, this well does not produce enough gas to maintain the domestic supply and needs a new down hole pump. The pump has been replaced and this well has been placed back into production for the last two (2) reporting periods. The non-producing well Complaints can be closed. Any issues with free gas or royalties are between the landowner and the company. No violations.
