0825177116 2016-11-17 Final Restoration No Violations I conducted a Final Restoration inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well that was plugged and abandoned on 5/26/2016 by Moore Well Services. My inspection today found that the tank battery and all the associated production equipment have been removed and the area has been graded to become part of the Aurora Meadows subdivision. The area of the wellhead is on the edge of the Aurora Wetlands and has been graded. Vegetation is well established at the wellsite. There is no access road to the wellhead and the area impacted moving plugging equipment on and off location has been graded and vegetation is well established where the temporary access existed. The flow line was flushed clean to the tank battery during plugging operations and cut off below grade. The sales line was disconnected by Summit Petroleum during operations and cut off below grade. The tank battery was located on the adjacent property to the east that is being developed as the Aurora Meadows subdivision and has been removed. The surface owner, the City of Aurora, has submitted a signed and executed Landowner Waiver (Form 5), waiving the removal of the flow line between the wellhead and the former tank battery. Final Restoration is approved.
