Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1479496783 2016-11-17 Final Restoration No Violations I conducted a Final Restoration inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well that was plugged and abandoned on 5/25/2016 by Moore Well Services. My inspection today found that the tank battery and all the associated production equipment have been removed and the area has been graded to become part of the Aurora Meadows subdivision. The area of the wellhead has been back-filled with approximately 10-12 of material and will be part of the subdivision. The flow line was flushed clean to the tank battery during plugging operations and cut off below grade. The sales line was disconnected by Summit Petroleum during operations and cut off below grade. The developer, Mark Kopcienski, has submitted a signed and executed Landowner Waiver (Form 5), waiving the removal of the flow line and the establishment of vegetative cover at the wellsite and on the access road. These areas will be seeded as the subdivision is developed. Final Restoration is approved.
