1356839751 2015-04-24 Production Wells Violations Noted During the field inspection of this well I found the stuffing box is leaking causing pollution and contamination around the wellhead. All contaminated soil will need to be cleaned up and removed. The packing in the stuffing box needs to be tightened up or the rubbers need to be replaced if they are no longer capable of preventing the well from leaking.
