0059108588 2017-09-20 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I have returned to this well today to witness the plugging operations of it. The 4.5 inch diameter casing was ripped at 2,725 feet. The Clinton plug was set from 2725-2525, the pipe was then pulled up to set the Big Lime plug at 2040-180. The company then let the cement setup for a little bit before pumping the bottom of the surface plug at 1115-915 feet. The 4.5 inch casing was pulled up to set the surface plug. Artex has decided to pump a 200 foot plug for the surface.
0198905568 2017-09-19 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location today to witness the plugging of this well. Artex has decided to go ahead and plug the well. The well was making a lot of water after the completion testing. Today Formation Cementing is on location to set the bottom plug. They used 30 sacks of Class A cement for the bottom plug. The rig crew will now pull out the tubing and work on ripping the 4.5 inch diameter casing.

Today they used 4,000 gallons of acid with an average PSI of 738. The acid was spotted and displaced through the perforations from 4680 to 4640 feet. There was 120 shots in this zone.
0741598589 2017-08-15 Completion Testing No Violations Today Producers Service Corp is on location to treat this well. Artex will use acid on the completion of the well. Producers is using 3000 gallons of acid on the first stage of this job. The acid will be spotted through the tubing from 4682 to 4610 feet. There are 113 shots perforated at this point.
1360454519 2017-07-20 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I stopped by the drilling rig this morning to see how the cement job went and to pick up my paperwork. The rig crew was working on getting back to drilling while I was on location. I contacted Chris from Formation Cementing to go over the job with him and to see if they had any issues during the cement job. Chris stated that everything went good during the job. They used a total of 315 sacks of Class A cement to cement the 11-3/4 inch diameter casing back to the surface with a total of 20 barrels cement returns back to the surface.

1500988979 2017-07-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I returned to the drilling rig this morning to see how things are going. After the cement job the rig crew had trouble with there blow out preventer and had to rent one from Pennsylvania so they were shut down for 2 days. They are back to drilling at this point and are down to 1909 feet.
1503665719 2017-08-25 Production Wells No Violations I stopped by this location today to see if the service rig was still here. The service rig has been pulled off of the location. The well has a wellhead on it at this point and production valves. The valves are shut and the well has not been hooked up yet. The production tanks have not been set yet and the pits are still open. I will return in a few weeks to do the preliminary inspection.

2077802880 2017-07-21 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location today to pickup the cement paperwork from the cement job on the 8-5/8 diameter casing. Formation cementing used Class A cement to cement the casing back to the surface. They used a total of 280 sacks and got a total of 8 barrels of cement return back to the surface.
2090014884 2017-07-18 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I stopped by this well today to see if the rig has started drilling yet. Killbarger rig #5 is rigged up and started drilling this morning at 9:45am. They are currently are down to 80 feet at this point. They are planning on cementing at some time tomorrow.
