0462420908 | 2017-08-11 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I am back on location today to witness the plugging of this well. The rig crew finished pulling out the 4.5 inch diameter casing from the well and are now running the 7 inch pre-cast plug down the well. They were able to get the plug down to 960 feet. After setting the pre-cast plug the rig crew washed in more plugging clay on top of it before working on retrieving the 8 inch casing. The 8 inch casing was not free enough to pull it so the rig crew ran there ripping tools down hole to find a free spot. They found free pipe at 300 feet. |
0483487342 | 2013-09-04 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well looks to be in production. It has a pumping unit on it with rods and 2 tubing. The valve is open to the tank. The identification for the well is on production tank. No violations at this current time. |
0726020958 | 2017-08-09 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I was on location today to witness the plugging operations of this well. Knox Energy has moved there service rig in on this well to plug it. The well will be plugged with plugging clay from Logan Clay company. Knox Energy has already removed the rods and tubing from the well. Today they are washing in the bottom plug with the clay. After the clay was washed in the rig crew loaded the 4.5 inch casing with water before attempting to rip the casing. Once the hole was loaded the rig crew ran there ripping tools down the well and found free pipe at 2660 feet. The 4.5 inch casing was ripped and pulled up 100 feet to make sure it was free. The rig crew then washed in another 500 feet of plugging clay to cover the Big Lime. |

1018030206 | 2017-08-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | I arrived on location today to see how the rig crew was getting along with this well. Bill Mitton from Knox Energy had contacted me the day before saying they would be moving on location to plug the well. When I arrived on location I found that the rig was not there yet. I contacted Bill and he told me they got held up on another job. They are planning on getting here by the end of the week to plug the well. |
1127198778 | 2017-08-23 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I have returned to this well today to check to see if they plugging clay is still at the surface or if the rig crew has been back out on site. The plugging clay at this point is at least 50 foot down the hole. I will be contacting the company to let them know it has settled and needs to be filled back up again. |
1320383385 | 2017-09-01 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I returned to this well to check to see if the plugging clay has stayed up to the surface. At this time the clay has not settled and the well is now able to be cut off so the company can start to reclaim the location. |
1332078846 | 2017-08-17 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I returned to this well today to check on the plugging process. Knox Energy has moved there service rig off of the well. I could not tell how far down the plugging clay was at this point because of the fluid at the top of the hole. Knox Energy will be topping the well off until it stays at the surface. |
1455248523 | 2017-08-10 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I returned to this well today to witness the plugging of this well. Today the rig crew washed in the rest of the Big Line plug with plugging clay. After the clay was washed in the rig crew then worked on pulling out all of the 4.5 inch diameter casing. |
1502731895 | 2017-08-14 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I arrived on location to witness the plugging of this well. Today Knox Energy tried to retrieve the 8 inch casing again today. After ripping at 300 feet they were unable to pull the surface casing. There weight indicator was still reading 60,000lbs at this point. They ran there ripping tools back in the well and tried to rip the casing at 100 feet. They were unable to pull the pipe from this point or even turn the top joint with the dozer. I told them to go ahead and cut the pipe off and work on filling the hole with clay. The 8 inch surface casing will be staying in the well. The well will now be filled with plugging clay to the surface. |
2005487171 | 2018-01-12 | Final Restoration | No Violations | I was on location today to see if I could do the final restoration on this well. At this time there is still some plastic and steel line left on location where the production tank was. I contacted Zack Poling and let him know that it needed removed so I could finish my final restoration on the well. |
2135116152 | 2016-08-04 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well looks to be capable of production. It has a pumping unit on it with rods and 2 inch tubing. The valve is open to the tank. The identification for the well is on production tank. No violations at this current time. |
