I checked the production report on this well and there has been no production since 2016. The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to (Justin Smith) at (5880 Memory Road Zanesville, Ohio 43701) within 30 days, per OAC 1501:9-11-05(B), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied. I called the company today at 12:45 pm and talked with Jim Finck. He did notify me that he has already applied for the plugging permit and it has been issued. He has been in contact with Linn Bell about plugging the well. |
