Today I met with Zack Poling to show him what needed done so I could finish the Final Restoration on this well. While I was on location Zack removed the gas meters and the plastic flow line. The final restoration meets 1509.072.

Old plastic brine tank appears to be leaking also. Company needs to clean up all contaminated materials around well head and tanks, dispose of in a proper manner. Repair or replace leaking production tank and brine tank. Need full and legible ID at the well head and tank battery.

1346959967 2012-09-06 Production Wells Violations Noted I responded to request from Steve Opritza concerning oil leaking from the 100 barrel tank. I met with the pumper and they are removing the fluid from the tank. The next step is cleaning up the oil spill, the spill is 5 wide and 16 long, there is about 1 gallon of oil floating on the water that was there. the 100 barrel tank will be replaced. I also asked the pumper to check the stuffing box on the well, and clean up the residue of oil on the production equipment, I will check progress on 09/10/2012 The spill has been cleaned up, there has been a dike built around the tank.
