1540491371 2018-10-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 7-inch diameter surface casing, 2-inch diameter tubing, with rods and a Alten Pumping unit, there was no motor on the pumping unit at the time of my inspection. Production equipment included a 100-barrel production fluid tank that was contained in an earthen dike, the dike had been dug out in one area to drain water runoff, there was also a 250-gallon plastic tote on location that appeared to be full of oil. I performed a titration field test using Quantab test strips which revealed 37 parts per million. The 7-inch diameter surface casing was venting to atmosphere, and there were no identification tags on the well or production equipment. Production was reported in RBDMS for 2017.
