1742771167 2015-04-13 Production Wells No Violations My inspection finds the well is equipped with casing approximately six inches in diameter, two inch tubing, rods and a gas escape packer system. There is an under pull pumping unit on the well and there are no production lines attached to the well. The well appears to have been submerged in a pond until the dam failed and caused the water level to fall. I called and spoke to Robert Miley of Miley Oil Company and Mr. Miley stated that he believed he owns the well. I agreed to meet with Mr. Miley at a later date to discuss registering the wells and adding them to his bond.
