0084721527 | 2015-09-24 | Production Wells | No Violations | I am accompanied today by Inspector Sefcik, our inspection finds the well is equipped with a pumping unit. The pumping unit is running at the time of inspection. The tank battery is comprised of one 210 barrel tank, one 100 barrel tank, a horizontal separator and a meter. All production equipment is located in an earthen dike. |
0675127757 | 2014-11-17 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well site has been reclaimed in accordance with 1509:072(A). The well is produced by open flow. The tank battery consists of one 210 barrel tank, one 100 barrel tank, a separator and an orifice meter set within an earthen dike. The identification is posted on the 210 barrel tank. |
0908209043 | 2018-12-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 2.375-inch diameter tubing, rods, and a Jenson pumping unit with electric motor. Production equipment included a 210-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, horizontal separator, drip and 2-inch diameter meter run with .250-inch diameter orifice, that was all contained within an earthen dike. There was a domestic gas hookup off the drip in the production area. At the time of my inspection I witnessed a small area approximately 50 square feet that had peet-sorb applied to it. It appeared that the stuffing box rubber had been leaking, there were no plugs in the 1-inch diameter side of the pumping tee or the 2-inch diameter line coming off the opposite side of the casing head. All valves were open at the time of my inspection, and production was reported for 2017. |
1150698012 | 2014-06-09 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | My inspection today finds Poulson Drilling drilled 14.75 hole to a depth of 125. The rig crew then ran 11.75 casing to a depth of 104. Formation Cementing circulated 80 sks of class A cement into place with four barrels returning to surface. The cement stayed at surface. |
1181941603 | 2015-03-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well is equipped to be produced with a pumping unit. All production valves are open and the pumping unit is running at the time of inspection. The tank battery consists of one 210 barrel tank, one 100 barrel tank and a horizontal separator, set in an earthen dike. |
1402512724 | 2014-06-11 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I am onsite to witness the cement operations for the surface casing. Poulson Drilling drilled 1290 of eleven inch hole. The rig crew ran 1239 of 8.625 casing. Formation Cementing circulated 295 sacks of class A cement into place. I witnessed nine barrels of cement return to surface. |
