During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit powered by a natural gas motor. The production equipment consisted of four 100 barrel tanks, two 1550 gallon poly tanks, two vertical separators, and two chart meters. All equipment is within an earthen dike and shared with 3412124381. The production records were current.
