0201465745 2013-04-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the well has been drilled to a total depth of 14355.
0295375332 2013-04-05 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The well operator has attempted to open hole squeeze cement in order to stop fluid loss. They are currently waiting on the cement to cure. If this does not work they will run a 7 liner and slim hole the remainder of the well.
0325972121 2018-09-20 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The well was equipped with a Cameron production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present and evaluated. The production equipment consisted of three sand traps, three gas production units, one horizontal heater treater, one indirect line heater, six 400-barrel tanks, one horizontal vent scrubber, and one combustor. The identification stated CNX Gas Company. Ascent will have 60 days after the transfer date to post identification.
0385858107 2013-01-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the operator ran 1616 of 13.375 casing. Cal-frac is on site to cement the pipe in place.
0412718743 2013-01-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the well has been drilled to a depth of 6800. The casing crew is currently running 9.625 casing. They intend to run 6769 of casing.
0485473766 2017-08-24 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The well was equipped with a Cameron production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. A gauge reads 0 pounds per square inch on the annulus between the 5.5 inch diameter production casing and the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing. A gauge reads 0 pounds per square inch on the annulus between the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing and the 13.375 inch diameter intermediate casing. The production equipment consisted of six 400 barrel tanks within steel line containment. A vapor recovery system to capture tank vapors consisted of one vent scrubber and one combustor. Three sand traps, three gas production units, one horizontal heater treater, and one indirect line heater were located on the east side of the pad. The identification was located at the wellhead.
0696207656 2013-11-19 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The well site meets the preliminary restoration criteria.

1356917661 2012-12-30 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am on site to witness the 20 surface casing be cemented in place. Cal-Frac is on site to cement 307 of casing in place by circulation.
1358960294 2013-01-23 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds Baker Hughes is on site to set the pilot hole plug. Baker Hughes pumped 664 sks of type H cement to plug the hole back into the 9.625 casing.
1375217725 2013-07-24 Completion Testing No Violations I am onsite to witness the hydraulic fracturing activities. The average treatment pressure was 8312 psi. at an average rate of 91 bbl. A total of 370000 pounds of sand were used.
1452429979 2017-01-23 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today is a status check on a producing well. There are three wells on this pad and the pad is named NBL 11. During my inspection the well is equipped with a production tree style wellhead. The production equipment for this well consists of eight 400 barrel tanks within containment, three gas processing units, one vertical heater treater, and one fire tube reboiler. The vapor recovery system consists of one horizontal separator and one combustor. The production records are current, the identification is located by the wellhead, and there are no violations present.
1971751461 2013-06-20 Completion Testing No Violations My inspection today finds Horizontal Wire Line Service is on site to set plugs and perforate the first stage of the well. Perforations were placed at 14,206, 14,203, 14.173, 14,165, 14,128, and 14,090.
