Rig crew ran 106 of new 9.625 36# pipe. Formation Cementing could not get circulation. Spotted a 75sk plug out the bottom of the pipe. Filled 30 shovels of cuttings in from surface, then top filled 35sks of cement to surface where the plug stayed.
2063698011 2015-11-23 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I am on site to witness the plugging operations. Wright Well Service ripped the casing at 870. Formation then circulated a 35 sack 2% gel class A cement plug from 870 to 670. The casing was pulled up to 250 from surface and the hole was filled with cement. The remaining casing was pulled and the well was topped off with cement. The company was instructed to reclaim the site in accordance to 1509.072(B) of the ORC.
