0033232216 2015-12-07 Production Wells No Violations I am accompanied by Inspector Zollars. Our inspection today finds there is still a small amount of free oil at the wellhead. Company representative Cory McCudden was notified that further clean up would be required.
0354964479 2012-05-09 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On location to witness frac job -Producers frac svc & company rep Bill Arnholt on location.
0896241559 2019-01-04 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 210-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, horizontal separator, 2-inch diameter meter run and drip all contained within an earthen dike. The 210-barrel and 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tanks were tied together at the top 3-inch diameter collars. The well was equipped with 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 1.5-inch diameter tubing, rods, and pumping unit with an electric motor, at the time of my inspection all valves were open. There was identification on the production equipment and production was reported for 2017.
1064764472 2015-11-09 Production Wells Violations Noted My inspection today finds an area approximately 5x 8 around the wellhead is saturated with oil. It appears that an attempt to clean the area was made; however, the absorbent material is still in place and oil soaked. A small amount of oil can be seen leaching out behind the pumping unit. Fresh oil can bee seen on the wellhead and on the ground at the base of it. The tank battery has small seeps at nearly every connection and gas can be heard leaking. Remove the contaminated soil and absorbent material within fifteen days. Make the wellhead and the production equipment capable of controlling the flow of gas and oil.
1149528403 2014-10-28 Preliminary Restoration No Violations My inspection today finds the well site meets the preliminary restoration requirements. The well is equipped to be produced by a pumping unit. The pumping unit is running at the time of inspection. The tank battery is equipped with one 210 barrel tank, one 100 barrel tank, a separator and a meter. The identification is properly posted.
1348141720 2015-12-21 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the area around the well head has been cleaned and the trash removed. The previous violation has been resolved.
