During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit with an electric motor. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 210 barrel tank, one drip, one horizontal separator, and one sales meter. The sales meter had a 2 inch diameter sales line, .25 inch orifice plate, and chart recorder with current chart. A domestic gas line with a little Joe regulator, a meter, and an open valve was attached to the drip. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The identification was located on the 210 barrel tank and the production records were current.
