A domestic gas hook-up is located at the well. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl tank, a separator, and a meter. The meter has a current chart. I am accompanied by Brandon Trigg.

1144896893 2017-10-11 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one drip, one vertical separator, and a sales line with a 2 inch diameter line, .375 inch orifice, and a chart recorder with chart dated 9/26/17. A domestic gas line was attached to the 4.5 inch diameter casing with an open valve, regulator, and drip. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank and the production records were current.

Mrs. Carpenter stated that she was concerned that her well was not producing and the company was back feeding gas to provide free gas. My inspection finds that the well is equipped with 4.5 casing, 2.375 tubing, rods, and a pump jack. All production valves are open. A domestic gas hook-up is located at the well. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl tank, a separator, and a meter. The meter has a current chart. There is no indication of back feeding gas.
