0629320253 2017-10-04 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today was a status check on a production well. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter casing with a tubing head, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. Two domestic gas lines were attached and both lines were equipped with a regulator, drip, and meter.
0633960622 2019-04-15 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 1.5-inch diameter tubing utilizing a plunger lift system as means of production. At the time of my inspection the flow line valve was closed, and there were 2 domestic gas hookups ran off one side of the production equipment utilizing positive shut off drip, and rotary style domestic meters. Production equipment included a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, horizontal separator, drip and 2-inch diameter meter run with chart recorder all contained within an earthen dike. There was a concrete brine storage vault near the production equipment. Identification was present on the production equipment and production was reported for 2017.
1338398270 2012-05-30 Production Wells No Violations Inspection of the well head found the following equipment -8.625 surface casing -4.5 production casing & 1.5 tubing with the well set up to be produced by the means of a plunger lift system . A 100 barrel tank separator and gas meter are present with proper well identification. Inspector will note -in ground cement wastewater tank in dike but not hooked up and dike will not meet SPCC rules.
