2108830275 2018-12-28 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 210-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, a horizontal separator, drip and 2-inch diameter meter run with .250-inch diameter orifice, there was an additional fluid drop out before the separator, a concrete tank vault was also in production area and was full at the time of my inspection, a titration field test using Quantab test strips was performed on the fluid in the tank vault which revealed chloride levels were below 31 parts per million. There was a domestic gas hook up with additional drip in the production area and the valves were open. The well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 1.5-inch diameter tubing equipped with a plunger lift system, at the time of my inspection the casing valve was open and the Gate valve on tubing was closed. Identification tags were present on the production equipment and production was reported for 2017.
