During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of 100 barrel tank, one drip, one horizontal separator, one chart meter, and a small compressor skid. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank and the production records were current.
1559228043 2019-05-30 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well equipped with 4.5 diameter production casing and 2.375 diameter upset production tubing. The production casing and tubing well heads were equipped with 2 diameter flow lines with production valves present in the open position. The well was set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit driven by an electrical motor, the drive belts were missing between the motor and pumping unit and the polish rod liner was tarnished. The production facility consisted of a single 100 barrel steel production tank with proper well identification posted. Also present is a horizontal separator along with a gas sales meter with a current sales chart present in the meter. The 2 diameter sales line downstream of the separator and meter had a valve present in the closed position. The production equipment is situated inside an earthen dike area.
