1507899532 2017-10-12 Production Wells No Violations During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a 4.5 inch to 2 inch diameter swage nipple, a valve in the closed position, and a gauge reading 0 pounds per square inch. No production lines were attached to the wellhead. While utilizing the Tango TX1 Hydrogen Sulfide Gas Detector zero readings of Hydrogen Sulfide Gas were detected. One 100 barrel tank lying on its side and one 50 barrel tank were located beside the well. I was accompanied by ODNR Emergency Responder Nathan Lane.
1943301692 2018-01-23 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a 4.5 inch to 2 inch diameter swage nipple, and a valve in the closed position. A domestic gas line was attached to the 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a regulator and a valve in the closed position.
