The well consists of 6.625 diameter casing with a 6.625-2 diameter reducing swage and 2-1 diameter reducing nipple. The 2-1 diameter reducing nipple is open to the atmosphere and there is a slight gas odor emanating from it. No gas reading was registered on the PhD6 gas detector. The well is not leaking any fluids. There are no overhead utilities at or near the well. The landowner states that a domestic gas line will be buried approximately 50
west of the well and will run to a neighboring residence. The well is located less than 100 from the southwest corner of the landowners newly constructed home. The landowner wishes to have the well plugged before they perform landscape and fencing work on their property near the well. The current Site Evaluation Matrix score for the well is 194. |

The well consists of 8 5/8 OD casing and 4.5 OD production casing with a Barton wellhead (4 x 2.5) and is equipped with 2 3/8 tubing and a possible plunger lift system. There is a stock tank of @60-80 barrels in a diked enclosure and a production unit between the well and the tank with the meter missing. The well is @ 65 off the edge of Cty. Rd. 50 and 1/2 mile NE of St. Rt. 564. SEM is 207, pictures taken. |
