0743558641 2018-02-06 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I met with Kenny Rich on the well site. He is the drilling contractor. The rig was delivered and the site was graded out. We talked about the pit placement. He stated that it would be north of the rig. I stated that earthen pit would be allowed but it will be double lined.

1520005916 2018-03-02 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Kenny Rich had the surface casing in the hole and he was filling a 100 barrel steel tank with fresh water from the pit. The river was flooding the drill site, but the flood water had not breeched the pit yet. Kenny reported that he had 127 feet of 11.75 inch diameter drive pipe in the well. He had drilled a 10.75 inch diameter surface hole to a depth of 410 feet. Kenny had new, 28 pound per foot, 8.625 inch diameter surface casing set at a depth of 405 feet. The casing was equipped with two centralizers and a guide shoe. The annular fluid level was within inches of the top of the drive pipe. Cemenco hooked up and achieved circulation immediately when they started pumping. They mixed and pumped 110 sacks of class A cement and displaced with 25 barrels of fresh water behind a wiper plug. There were approximately 4 to 5 barrels of cement circulated to the surface. The cement stayed at the surface once Cemenco stopped pumping. Jerry bumped the pressure up to 500 pounds and shut it in for five minutes. The pressure test passed and they shut the cement head in to allow the cement to set.

1577392696 2018-02-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I stopped by the rig to see the status of the river. The rig has not spudded the well. The rig is rigged up and ready to drill. The lease road was water covered. I could not drive to the location. The water was around the back of pipe racks. I called company and stated to stop by the site and watch that the rig does not get engulfed by the water. Jim Orr the company man would stop out on 2-17-18.
