Chipco rig 7 is over the well and had pulled all the rods and pump out of the well. The tubing was at 3800 feet. The Clinton plug was placed from 3800- 3400 feet in the 4 1/2inch casing with 2 3/8- inch tubing. Chipco ran 30 sacks of regular class A cement at 15.6 lb. /gallon and a 1.18 yield. The displacement was 13 barrels of fresh water. The rig started pulling all 2 3/8-inch tubing from the well.

Chipco Cementing set a 60 sack plug of regular class A cement at 15.6 lb. /gallon. The displacement was with 4.7 barrels of fresh water. The Berea plug was set from 1095-889 feet. Chipco Cementing set a 60 sack plug of regular class A cement at 15.6 lb. /gallon. The displacement was with 2.2 barrels of fresh water. The Bottom of surface plug was set from 654-454 feet. Chipco Cementing set a 60 sack plug of regular class A cement at 15.6 lb. /gallon. The displacement was with 1.1 barrels of fresh water. The surface plug was set from 200-0. Chipco Cementing set a 60 sack plug of regular class A cement at 15.6 lb. /gallon. The plug was being pumped to circulate the cement slurry to surface. The weight of the cement broke thru a coal seam. The circulation stopped and Chipco shut down for 1 hour. They finished breaking the well head down. Chipco set a stone and brush plug and set cement plug of 35 sacks of regular class A cement at 15.6 lbs./ gallon. The cement dropped back about 12 feet. They would sack-Crete the well back after cutting the 8 5/8 inch well head and cut the casing down 30 inches below grade. The plug job has been completed on this date of 10-4-18 resolving the Compliance Notice.
