| 1294568802 | 2015-10-29 | Final Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the GPS coordinates given on RBDMS plotted in open grassland habitat. I found no oilfield related materials or debris. I found no signs of a leaking well. I found no evidence of a pit. I found no evidence of an access road. The site was graded to the contour of the surrounding landscape and completely covered in tall grasses. There were no issues with erosion. I did find a 12 x 12 concrete pad surrounded by sparse gravel approximately 75 feet from the road. There was a 1 x 1 welded steel plate affixed to one corner of the pad. I could not open or move the plate. I could not determine if this was an underground brine vault or a pad that was used to support production equipment. |
