Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1269193155 2016-03-15 Final Restoration No Violations
1447433920 2015-11-13 Final Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the GPS coordinates given on RBDMS plotted the location in forested habitat. I found no signs of a leaking plugged well. I found no evidence of a pit. I found no evidence of an access road. The site was completely covered in forest vegetation. There were no issues with erosion. I did find approximately 50 feet of 2.5 black plastic line, in two sections, near the plotted coordinates.
