1691637607 2016-03-23 Production Wells No Violations I received a call from Jim Pool and his wife asking about this well to see if it fell under Bob Woodyards company or not. I met Jim at Woodyard farm to take a look at this well. The well is equipped with a 4 1/2 inch well head with two inch valves and production lines, and the well is currently being used for domestic gas to the house. At the time of inspection Jim checked the pressure on the well and all looked good. Jim informed me that Bob may have re-opened this well at some time but no one knew exactly when. I spoke with Jim for some time on what needed to be done and told him I would be in contact with him and his wife when I knew more. I spoke with Inspector Van Dyke and she informed me they could get the well under their bond once all forms were filled out and sent me a copy of the 7-A form. I called the Pools back up and informed them I had the form they needed to fill out to get this well under their bond. I would be more than happy to meet with them and help them any way they needed.
