0018643519 2013-10-09 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to witness the cementing of the conductor casing by Formation Cement Company. There was good returns on the cement job.
0042316695 2019-05-01 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was back on location today to witness the plugging of this well. Today the Formation Cementing was back on location to set the final 4 plugs. The Clinton and Big Lime formations were already covered with cement when the well was drilled so we set a rip plug from 2129-1879 feet. The tubing was then pulled up to set the Berea plug from 1222-1022 feet. Once this plug was set we pulled up to set the bottom of surface plug from 774-574 feet and the surface plug from 150-0 feet. The cement held at the surface and the well has been plugged.
0052550741 2014-10-21 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Site now correctly meets 1509.072 preliminary requirements.
0091219374 2019-04-29 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was not able to cover this plug job today because I was covering an I/O plug job but Steve Minor sent me a text saying the bottom plug was tagged at 5900 feet and the 4.5 inch diameter casing was ripped at 2145 feet.
0164187430 2014-05-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The well is equipped with a rabbit pump system and is currently in production. There is a separator and there are two 210 bbl tanks in the dike. There has been no establishment of vegetative growth and the hillside has slipped in areas above the wellhead. It appears the operator has recently worked on the location. Joe Schnieder called and stated that they are monitoring the location and plan on remediating the area in the next few weeks. Site does not meet preliminary restoration requirements.
0642911948 2014-08-15 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location with Artex personnel Frank Wriggle and Casey Fritz to review preliminary restoration requirements. Grass is growing around the area but there are still slope stability issues. I will continue to monitor the location.
1192327261 2013-12-03 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Inspected site for restoration requirements.
1244722485 2013-12-03 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations There was a 210bbl tank and dike in place at location. The operator has had the pit filled and there was a crew with heavy equipment grading the location.
1381477689 2013-10-11 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to witness the cementing of the 9 5/8 surface casing. The Killbarger IDECO Rig #17 drilled a 12 1/4 hole to a TD of 710. The casing shoe depth was 674. Centralizers were not run on the surface casing and the baffle insert was at a depth of631 . There were good cement returns. The pressure was held at 700psi for 5 minutes.
1556281637 2019-04-26 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I am on location today to witness the plugging activities on this well. Bishop Well Service is rigged up and ready to set the bottom plug through the 2 inch diameter tubing today. Formation Cementing will be the cement company used to set the plugs on this well. A 35 sack 450 foot plug was set for the bottom plug using Class A cement. The rig crew will now pull out the tubing and tag the bottom plug before moving forward.
1556802233 2019-04-30 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was not able to cover this plug job today because I was covering an I/O plug job but Steve Minor sent me a text saying that the cut the 7 inch diameter casing off at 1998 feet. Once the 7 inch casing was pulled they ran the tubing back in the well to 2139 feet. The well is ready to plug out tomorrow.
