The company has filed bankruptcy and is no longer in operation. The well is still in violation.

The valves were shut in at the well head and no tanks were found. There were no production lines coming off the well head. To the left of the well head near the home owners driveway was some 2 inch plastic lining that was coiled up. There has been no resolution to the issues.
