0028629038 2013-02-01 Production Wells Violations Noted Well is currently not in production. There is no identification posted on tank or wellhead. There is a 1 line tied into the 2 tubing with an open valve. This valve runs to the top of the tank. Tank has considerable amount of rust along base. The chart is not current in the meter and the valves are shut on the separator. The pumpjack has an electric motor, however the electric box is disconnected and laying on the ground. Electric wires are disconnected from poles. There is no dike around tank and production equipment. Hopewell must post legible ID in accordance to OAC 1501:9-9-05(A)1. Hopewell Oil and Gas must produce or plug the well in accordance with ORC 1509.062(A). Dike needs to be constructed in order to fulfill SPCC rule.

He stated the weather as well as other wells in other counties have put this area behind on their plugging schedule.
1411144143 2014-09-19 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Jerry Henderson of Hopewell asked me to be on location to witness the rods and tubing pulled from the well. The operator pulled 600 of rods.
