Well #24283/Comstock #8 is directly tied into this well and runs back up to meter. There is fluid/gas running from #24283 to this well and up to the tank battery. The tank is adjacent to the meter which can be found up by the access road entrance. Harrold Harrop stated the well does produce gas but he has to pressure it up every time. He opens the well up every once in a while and it shows up on the chart. He stated he would work on getting that production reported to the state. |

The valves were closed on the well head and the pump jack was no longer at the well head. After walking around I found there to be no tanks that I could find on site but tubing was still on site some of which looked like it had be cut. The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Inspector Sefciks office at 5880 Memory Road Zanesville, Ohio 43701 within 30 days and plug the well within 180 days.
