Tool sat down at 4743 suspect fillup,cement top was located at 4180 and log indicated possible holes at3056 and another one possibly at3422 info was gathered and company rep stated rig was moving off site until decision could be made to either plug or repair said well.

1168555747 2007-01-10 Salt Water Injection Well No Violations On site to witness rig crew and Baker tool personnel Un-J from packer too flush annulus of tubing and add packer anhib,flushed annulus with 50 bbl ahead and 62 bbl with anhib in place Jed back up to packer and opened down hole valve then proceeded to perform acid job on formation during displacement packer apparently lost integrity flow on annulus was present decision was made to flush acid out of hole then release packer and pull from well operator to discuss options with UIC director. 4615 of 2.875 tubing in well element on packer at 4612 operator preformed squeeze job on suspected hole in casing 12/30/06 suspect small leak on job no indication of communication on squeeze job, talked to Tom Tomastik concerning options on placing well back into service prior to acid job going bad awaiting decision from well owner.

Operator ran casing scrapper in well prior to running tubing to a total depth of 4640 just above top perf,while running packer assembly in well hit tight spot @4355 worked packer through spot and continued on down hole to a total depth of 4615 center of element@4612 setting depth, hooked up Producers Services and attempted to pressure up on annulus, pressured up to 1060 psi and monitored pressure it dropped to 500 psi in 15 min it appears that they have small leak somewhere in casing or at squeeze point? Decision was made to pump on tubing to monitor pressure on annulus of tubing operator pumped 10 bbl fresh water at 2.5 bbl per min with no increase in pressure on annulus integrity of packer&tubing OK it appears that leak is in casing or squeeze job.

On site @8 am and left at 7.30 pm operator to call UIC dept first of week to determine on how to proceed with operation.
