He informed me that he knew the well was shut in and that Tom had told him nothing about plugging it. He told me he would call Tom to call me and talk to me about this well specifically. The issues on this well have not be resolved. |

| 1071488691 | 2014-06-16 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | Landowner, Bill Chipps asked me to inspect two wells on his property. The well is equipped with a pumpjack with an old gas motor. The wellhead is equipped with 4.5 casing, tubing and unpolished rods. The valves on the wellhead were open however the flow lines were disconnected at the tank battery. Other lines were broken through due to rust. There was an overgrown separator with a meter. The meter had no chart and there was no identification posted anywhere. Bancequity has reported zero production to the state since 2000. I called Tom Fruschetta with Bancequity and left a message regarding the issues. Operator must plug the well within 180 days. |
