We arrived on location and found that no well head was visible from the ground. Paul Grimm had applied for a plugging permit on 10/17/95. Due to no well head being visible we believe that we wells were plugged without a Inspector present at the time of plugging. I will be in contact with Doug Kitchen to try and set up a meeting to discuss what must be done about the well. |
