0091859330 2016-10-05 Production Wells No Violations The inspection revealed that this well is equipped with a pumping unit, a 4 1/2 inch diameter well head, 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing, and 2 inch diameter steel production tubing. The well head currently has the production valves open. The pumping unit appears to be a newer unit, joints on the production line have been replaced, new pressure gauges have been put onto the production lines, and the polish rod appears to be new or serviced and used recently. The tank battery is equipped with two 100 barrel tanks, a vertical separator, and what appears to be a steel brine vault buried in the ground. The tanks and separator appear to have been worked on and serviced recently. The lease road has been repaired and cut recently. I spoke with Inspector Glasscock about this well and he wanted me to call Mr. Stright to ask him about this well. At around 7 P.M. Mr. Stright called me to talk about this well. He informed me that he had done work to it but could not get the well to produce any oil or gas. This well is still not in production.

During the inspection, it was noted that the AD remains disconnected. Brine is stored in tanks. GPS reading obtained for the well and tank battery locations.

0621242054 2018-02-21 Production Wells No Violations I was on location today to do a follow-up inspection on this well. At this time the well is still sitting idle with and not capable of production. As stated in the previous inspections the well was serviced and equipped with new production equipment but never setup to pump. The pumping unit still has no motor on it to operate it. I have tried to call Roger Stright but the phone number in our system is no longer in service. I sent Jake Glasscock an email to see if he has an active phone number for him.

The well is equipped with a pump jack and rods. The well head is 4 1/2 inches with 2 inch tubbing and 2 inch ball valves. The ball valves on the well head are all closed in. There has been no solution to the violation.
