0388268552 2013-09-16 Production Wells No Violations I was asked to inspect the well on the Hershbergers property by landowner when I was at side of the road. He was concerned about some hot wires exposed at the surface by the tank battery. He also asked if I would look at a washout area to see if it was related to oil and gas line. The washout is due to the nature of the sloped area. There is no evidence that it is a result of oil and gas. I saw the wires but it is outside of the dike and there is no way to tell if the wires are related to the wells. I will call Larry Berringer to see if he knows anything about this issue. There are no issues with the well or tank battery at this time.
1150496337 2006-06-12 Production Wells No Violations Complaint called in to Cambridge Office of erosion problems on well site, inspected site found two eroded areas below pumpjack contacted company rep Larry Barrienger and he stated that he would get dozer on site within next couple weeks landowner Toba Miller stated that would be satisfactory, told company rep call inspector when remedial work is completed so he can inspect.
1632904211 2017-01-18 Production Wells No Violations The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with a pumping unit, a 4 1/2 inch diameter wellhead, 2 inch steel production lines, and 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing. The valves on the wellhead are open at the time of inspection. I spoke with the landowners father as I drove up to the well. He stated that his daughter was getting gas off the well but it was not enough to heat the house so they disconnected this well from their house to switch to propane instead. The wellhead currently had proper identification on it. The tank battery is down the road and is a shared tank battery with the SCOTT 1 (22932) and is equipped with two vertical separators, two meter boxes with a chart in each, and one 210 barrel steel tank with proper identification for both wells. There are no issues to report at this time and this well is currently in production.
2084473149 2016-08-24 Production Wells No Violations The inspection today revealed that the well is equipped with a pumping unit, a 4 1/2 inch diameter well head, a 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing, and 2 inch diameter production lines. The well head has is valves open and is producing through the 4 1/2 inch diameter well head. There are no issues to report at the time of inspection.
