Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1411131083 2014-09-19 Production Wells No Violations The landowners are currently using well for domestic gas and want to take ownership of the well. They have been using it for almost 40 years. The well is equipped with an 8 5/8 surface casing. There is a 4.5 production casing with 2 tubing. A 2 black plastic line is connected to the tubing as well as another steel line which runs to an adjacent 100 bbl tank.
1467910385 2016-07-05 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations On my inspection today I found this well to be a rabbit well with 7 inch surface casing, 4 1/2 inch casing, and 2 inch tubing in the hole. I received a request from Columbus to inspect this well for a exempt domestic transfer. Upon my inspection I found this well to have all casing on the well to be open hole with no well head. The well had a smell or H2S or sour gas on it and a leak could be heard coming from the valve closest to the well head.
1492002446 2017-04-12 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations I am on location today to do a exempt well pre transfer inspection for Columbus. At this time the well is hooked up and is capable of supplying domestic gas to the landowner. I can hear the gas traveling through the 1 inch diameter plastic line that is ran off of the well towards the landowners house. There are no violations at this time.
