He states that when he contacted Bill Stolarik, he was seeking well ownership information as he is unclear who owns the well. I told him we would only do a lease search when the well was in the Orphan Well Program and that we were not able to do any legal work, only tell him what we knew about it from our database. He does not want to have the well plugged with the OWP and I will close out his complaint. |
