0037219923 2018-11-07 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day, I am onsite to witness the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing cement job with C&J Energy Services and an O-Tex pump truck. I am accompanied by ODNR Inspector Jeff Adams. The Patterson 714 rig drilled a 17.5-inch diameter borehole to a depth of 2,046 feet from a Kelly Bushing of 26 feet. Then, they inserted 2,016 feet of 13.375-inch diameter J-55 54.50 lb./ft. casing into the wellbore. A pre-job safety meeting was held in the doghouse. The hole was loaded and established circulation. C&J Energy Services initially pumped 25 barrels of gel spacer, followed by 10 barrels of fresh water. They cemented the casing with 340.9 barrels total volume (1,565 sacks) of Class A cement with a 1.22 yield, and a weight of 15.6 pounds per gallon, verified by scale. It was displaced with 305 barrels of water. The plug landed at 900 psi and pressured up to 1,400 psi, and held for 5 minutes. The floats held and bled back 1.5 barrels. 70 barrels of cement returns were witnessed at the surface.
0563461124 2019-05-24 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On this day, I am conducting a preliminary restoration inspection. The site meets ORC 1509.072(A). I found the pad fenced and gated with signage at the entrance. An earthen berm surrounds the perimeter of the pad. There are (3) producing wells, (3) gas processing units (GPU), and (3) 500-barrel and (1) 100-barrel steel production tanks within plastic lined steel containment. An Emergency Shutdown (ESD) button is present at the production facility, wellheads, and entrance. Additionally, concrete barriers surround the perimeter of the wellheads. Identification and annular pressure monitoring devices are present at the wellheads. The 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing has a pressure of 600 pounds per square inch (psi), and the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing has a pressure of 490 psi. Additionally, this well is tied into a secondary sand trap and gas buster.
0796375524 2019-03-05 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I spoke with EdgeMarc Company Representative Fritz Oser. The drilling and completions operations are finalized. Mr. Oser stated that flowback equipment is being rigged down, and the well is being placed into production.
1384904668 2018-10-10 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I am conducting a follow-up inspection to the 20 diameter conductor cement job that was initially pumped on 10/5/2018. I spoke with Edgemarc Drilling Consultant Duane Goodsell. He indicated that the cellar floors will be grouted within the next 24 hours.
1541608283 2018-11-07 Casing String Witnessed No Violations
1543249462 2018-11-26 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day, I found the Patterson 714 rig currently drilling the 8.75 inch diameter production borehole at a measured depth of 10,753 feet with an azimuth of 134.23 degrees and an inclination of 90.15 degrees. The projected total depth of the well is 18,010 feet. I spoke with Company Man, Danny Brooks, about monitoring annular pressures while drilling. They are currently drilling with diesel-based fluid with a weight of 13.5 pounds per gallon.
1790862734 2019-02-05 Completion Testing No Violations On this day, I found all 50 frac plugs have been drilled out, and Gladiator Energy is currently rigging down. I spoke with EdgeMarc Company Representative Travis Bostick and he stated that tubing will be run in the well within the next couple days. Flowback will commence following the installation of the tubing. Annular pressures are continued to be monitored.
1913524696 2020-1-9 0:00:0 PW No Violations 0.30
2046825040 2019-01-25 Completion Testing No Violations On this day, I am conducting an inspection during the completion process, and found Halliburton Pressure Pumping Service onsite along with Allied Horizontal Wireline Service. They are zipper fracing between permit numbers 4843 (3PPH) and 4842 (1PPH). I spoke with EdgeMarc Company Man Travis Bostick during the inspection. They are preparing to complete stage 36 of 50, with 42 shots per stage. The frac plug is set at a measured depth of 12,593 feet. Mr. Bostick stated that annular pressures for the 13.375 inch diameter casing and 9.625 inch diameter casing are monitored and logged daily. Additionally, the pad is being used as a staging area during completion operations on a nearby pad.
2132216574 2018-12-12 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day, I spoke with Company Man Danny Brooks, and he stated that the Patterson 714 rig drilled the 8.5 inch diameter production borehole to a total measured depth of 17,996 feet and the 5.5 inch production casing shoe was set at a measured depth of 17,966 feet.
