0772768820 2017-05-24 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Brayman Drilling(conductor pipe rig) drilled to a depth of 94 of 36 hole and they ran 97 of 26 casing and O-Tex cemented it in place with 340 sacks of Class A cement and they had 5 barrel of good cement returns we left approximatly one foot of cement in bottom of cellar to ensurethat they will have a good liquid tight cellar.
0804220462 2019-05-24 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day, I found the pad fenced and gated with signage at the entrance. An earthen berm surrounds the perimeter of the pad. The drilling process is finalized, and the well is not completed. A nightcap is currently in place. The timeframe is unknown as to when the completion process will commence. It will be noted that ProPipeline is currently working on the northwest slope of the pad, and have removed a section of the fencing and berm. ODNR Engineering Technician Andrew Thomas will be notified. The preliminary restoration will be addressed at a later date.
1548078427 2019-01-07 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day, I found the Patterson 714 rig currently testing the BOPs and conducting maintenance. I spoke with Duane Goodsell and Joe Wunderlich during the inspection. The 17.5 inch diameter production borehole was drilled to a depth of 1,717 feet, and the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing was set at a depth of 1,693 feet. C&J Energy Services cemented the casing back to surface, with 25 barrels of returns. Drilling the 12.25 inch diameter intermediate borehole is projected to commence after the rig repairs are completed.
1553006677 2019-03-19 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day, I found the Patterson 714 rig tripping out of the hole with potential tool failure. The rig had drilled the 8.75 inch diameter curve section of the borehole to a measured depth of 9,682 feet, with an unknown additional footage to be drilled after repairs are completed. They are currently drilling with 13.5 pounds per gallon oil-based mud. The most recent survey taken at a measured depth of 9,622 feet had an inclination of 41.64 degrees and an azimuth of 319.94 degrees. The 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing was set at a measured depth of 8,813 feet from a Kelly Bushing of 26 feet. I spoke to EdgeMarc Rig Clerk Joe Wunderlich during the inspection.

1627096365 2018-12-12 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day, I spoke with Company Man Duane Goodsell on location and he indicated that Had Drilling will begin drilling a 19 inch diameter mouse hole within the cellar, and run 80 feet of 16 inch diameter casing with a welded steel plate on the bottom. He stated that the mouse hole will be grouted on 12/13/2018. Additionally, pad construction is being conducted to remediate a slip issue prior to the Patterson 714 rig drilling the planned wells.
