1424233271 2018-05-21 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection on the well completion process found a total of 5 wells on the well pad and all 5 have had the drilling - stimulation and completion process stages completed. All wells have 2.875 production tubing set in the well bore. All production equipment is set and the wells are awaiting the initial flow back stages. A flow back company is on site identified as J&A Service, the company has flow back iron plumbed into each well head and is currently pressure testing their equipment to 8,000 pound per square inch working pressure before commencing the initial flow back production operations in the next 24 hours. All well bore annular pressure is being monitored and is being addressed accordingly with pressure reducing valves set to release pressure above line pressure of 1,000 psi.
1488094782 2017-02-26 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the surface casing cement job with Nomac Drilling rig 132 on location along with Stingray cement service. The rig has drilled a 24 surface borehole to a ,measured depth of 735 with the rig managers indicating no mine void was reported to be encountered, and no coal seam depth reported. The rig ran 734 of 18.625 diameter J-55 grade buttress thread casing with a guide shoe and float collar casing equipment ran, the last 3 casing joints were circulated in by the rig. Stingray Cement Service cemented the casing using 225 barrels of class A cement consisting of 1058 sacks of cement. 25 barrels of 6% gel spacer was pumped ahead of the cement. The cement was displaced with 213 barrels of fresh water and cement returns were witnessed to surface inside the cellar. The casing was pressure tested to 500 psi over cement displacement pressure.
1543094682 2018-04-24 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection found the well drilling and completion process complete and a workover rig on location owned by Hybrid Drilling. The rig has finalized the post stimulation drill out process and has set the 2.875 diameter production tubing in the well bore at a measured depth of 10,406. The well head assembly is a Cactus Well head with a 15,000 (psi) pound per square inch rated tubing flow cross assembly consisting of 3 manual valves and an emergency shut down valve capable of being remotely operated by design when final hook up of the production equipment is complete. The well head A&B sections have double valves installed on both the outlet ports and flow line risers above grade level inside the cellars with pressure gauges installed to monitor annular pressures. The company is monitoring all annular pressures daily.
1654784866 2016-12-18 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the conductor casing cement jobs with Rocky Mountain Drilling top hole rigs on location and Stingray Cement Service. A 36 round borehole was drilled to a depth of 110 in the ground. The rig then inserted 110 of .375 wall 32 diameter round line pipe casing with 3 weld connections made on the casing. Stingray Cement Service cemented the casing using 260 sacks of Class A cement with 3% calcium and 1/4 pound per sack loss circulation material. With the cement being displaced to 100 inside the casing with 60 barrels of fresh water and cement returns being witnessed to surface. The job was delayed 2 hours from my initial call out and on location time.
