Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1455417373 2018-06-20 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found there is 4 producing wells on the pad. All wells have had the drilling and completion process complete and are in production. The well are producing off the production tree with emergency shut down devices in line. Annular pressure monitoring is in place with 1,019 psi showing between the 5.5 and 9.625 and 103 psi showing between the 9.625 and 13.375. On site is 4 gas processing units and a production facility consisting of 4 steel tanks capable of holding 400 barrels capacity each. The tanks are situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. . I spoke with Consolregarding clarification on the pressure readings on the well head annulis.
1478535297 2016-11-07 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The purpose of my inspection today is to witness the 100 feet deep 30 inch diameter conductor being cemented into a 36 inch diameter hole. No water was encountered during the drilling process. Express Energy Services is here to complete the cement operation. During my inspection Express Energy services used 275 sacks of Class A cement at 15.6 pounds per gallon and displaced with 75 barrels of water. 15 barrels of cement returns were achieved.
1487388603 2017-02-17 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the Surface-Mine String cement job. The initial call out was for 13:00 hours on this day and the company did not begin the cement job until 21:00 hours. Patterson Drilling has drilled a 24 diameter borehole to a measured depth of 744 with the coal seam encountered at 643 to 653. The rig then ran 693 of 18.625 diameter buttress thread J-55 grade casing with the following casing equipment ran, a guide shoe on the bottom of the string and a inflatable swell packer and stage tool at 429, proper centralizer placement was also demonstrated and a cement basket was ran directly below the swell packer. Allied Cement service pumped the 2 stage cement job by pumping 192 barrels of fresh water followed by 20 barrels of 6% gel spacer then 5 barrels of fresh water and 97.7 barrels of class A 15.6 lb/gl cement mix consisting of 460 sacks of cement and 1.5 pound per sack calcium. The 1st stage cement was displaced with 205 barrels of fresh water and upon the landing of the cement plug the pressure was increased to 800 psi to inflate the swell packer and pressure tested to 1000 psi before deploying the 2 stage tool opening device and loading the 2nd wiper plug in the cement head. Upon the opening of the 2 stage tool the 2nd stage of the cement job was executed by 1st establishing circulation to surface followed by 20 barrels of 6% gel space then 130 barrels of class A cement consisting of 655 sacks of cement and 1.5% calcium chloride per sack. The cement was displaced with a cement plug and chased with 113 barrels of fresh water. Upon the landing of the cement plug the casing was pressure tested to 500 psi over cement displacement pressure with cement returns witnessed to surface. All cement weight was verified by weight of scale.
1488206858 2017-02-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations During my inspection Patterson Drilling Rig 803 was drilling the 12.25 inch diameter borehole at a depth of 9500 feet. CNX Company man stated that they plan to drill to a depth of 9519 feet, run the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing, and cement the casing string tomorrow morning. I evaluated the casing on the racks and the casing was stamped to verify that it was in fact 9.625 inch diameter casing weighing 40 pounds per foot.
1503599236 2017-08-24 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection on the well stimulation process found Universal Well Service on location stimulating stage 24 of 52 total stages to be stimulated. The total fluid volume to be pumped will be 11,213 barrels. The well bore annular pressure is being monitored electronically and shows 46 psi behind the 5.5 casing. Horizontal Wireline is on location and has perforated the stage between the depths of 16,627 and 16,777 with a total of 48 perforations shot in 4 clusters of 12 shots. The company is also stimulating the (N) well. All stimulation support equipment is placed on polymer containment with the well pad permiter earthen berm serving as the primary containment.
