1180327190 | 2016-12-13 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | During my inspection the Patterson 803 Drilling Rig was rigging up. Expected to begin drilling on the night of 12/14/16. |
1478276555 | 2016-11-03 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection today is to witness the 30 inch diameter conductor being cemented into a 100 feet deep by 36 inch diameter hole. No water was encountered during the drilling process. Express Energy Services is on location to complete the cement operation. During my inspection Express Energy services used 275 sacks of Class A cement at 15.6 pounds per gallon and displaced with 75 barrels of water. 15 barrels of cement returns were achieved. |
1481896201 | 2016-12-16 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | During my inspection the Patterson 803 Drilling rig was drilling the 24 inch diameter borehole at 366 feet. According to the CONSOL Company Man they plan to drill to a depth of 715 feet and begin to set the 18.625 inch diameter surface casing. The proposed time for the cement job is roughly 1:00 AM 12/17/16. That time is subject to change. |
1482246787 | 2016-12-18 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection today is to witness the surface-mine string cement job. Patterson Drilling Rig 803 drilled a 24 inch diameter borehole to a depth of 771 feet. The coal seam is from 645 feet to 660 feet in depth. The 18.625 inch diameter casing, 87.5 pounds per foot, was run to a depth of 710 feet. Allied Cement Services is on location to cement this casing string in two stages with a packer set at 465 feet. 170 barrels of fresh water, 54 barrels of gel, and 5 barrels of fresh water were pumped ahead of the cement. 94 barrels of Class A cement with 1.5 percent calcium and 217 barrels of displacement were pumped to complete the first stage. The plug landed and the packer was energized. The second stage was completed using 153 barrels of fresh water, 25 barrels of gel, 5 barrels of fresh water, and 130 barrels of Class A cement with 1.5 percent calcium. 142 barrels of displacement were pumped and 40 barrels of cement returns were established. |
1482248361 | 2016-12-20 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection today is to witness the cementing of the first intermediate casing string. Allied Cement Services is on location to cement the 54.5 pounds per foot 13.375 inch diameter intermediate casing. The casing is landed at 2377 feet. Partial job witnessed. |
1529501196 | 2018-06-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection found there is 4 producing wells on the pad. All wells have had the drilling and completion process complete and are in production. The well are producing off the production tree with emergency shut down devices in line. Annular pressure monitoring is in place with 1,015 psi showing between the 5.5 and 9.625 and 2.662 psi showing between the 9.625 and 13.375. On site is 4 gas processing units and a production facility consisting of 4 steel tanks capable of holding 400 barrels capacity each. The tanks are situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. I spoke with Consol regarding clarification on the pressure readings on the well head annulis. |
1561788453 | 2017-01-03 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | During my inspection the Patterson 803 Drilling Rig was drilling the 8.75 inch diameter borehole at a depth of 20802 feet. |
