The well site still needs graded and seeded and the 300 barrel tanks used for the stimulation process are still on site. A single 100 barrel production tank is in place along with a mechanical separator to be used for the well production fluid and is shared with 3411121720-0000.
1407182932 2014-08-04 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The said well was spudded on 08/04/2014 by Monroe Drilling with 100 of 26# 9.625 casing inside a 12.250 borehole with Formation cementing on location to cement the casing using 60 sacks of class A 2%calcium .25 pound per sack flake cement with one barrel of cement returns to surface.

1431534432 2015-05-13 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary restoration status check inspection found the well drilling and stimulation process is now complete and the well is in production with the following equipment present at well head-4.5 production casing-1.5 tubing and pumping rods with the production valves open and the well set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit. A single 100 barrel production tank is present in the tank battery. The area around the well disturbed during the drilling process has been reclaimed with erosion and sedimentation control in place, vegetation is established. Preliminary Restoration passed on this day.
1811553030 2018-10-31 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On this day, I am conducting a preliminary restoration inspection. The site meets ORC 1509.072 (A) with vegetation established and no substantial erosion. The well is equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing and 1.9 inch diameter tubing with the production valves open. It is setup to be produced by means of a pumping unit with rods and an electric motor. There is a slight stuffing box issue that will need to be addressed. The production facility consists of (1) 100 barrel steel tank and vertical separator all contained within an earthen dike. It will be noted that the orifice sales meter is located at the driveway entrance next to the bridge, and contains a current chart. The production records are current with zero (0) reported for 2017. An attempt to contact Riverland Energy LLC was made on 11/1/2018, which was unsuccessful due to a disconnected phone number.
