Site meets ORC 1509.072 (A) with vegetation established and no substantial erosion. The well is equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing and 1.9 inch diameter tubing with the production valves open. It is setup to be produced by means of a pumping unit with rods and a gas engine. The production facility consists of a vertical separator, drip tank, and a domestic sales meter all contained within an earthen dike. The tank is properly identified and the production records are current. |
